Very nice hotel

The hotel is perfect for couples and families. Some rooms having two separate zones, one with the bed and one with a couch. The room was very clean, good services, nice staff, great breakfast. We had the room with jacuzzi on the terrace. The view was amazing. We had everything we needed.

New hotel

I stayed 4 nights here. The room itself is ok, 2 negative aspects one the bed mattresss is very thick, uneven and with holes and the other is the safebox, which is unattached and anybody could take it like a suitcase and byebye!
I could park in front of the hotel and we had a private beach with beds and umbrellas.
The breakfast was very good, 4 stars for real, nothing to complain. The lunch, well, takes forever to be cooked. The restaurant personal is unexperienced and makes mistakes. All the seafood is frozen and ends up chewie, the beef is cooked like the pork, the stirloin is not one piece but 2 very thin slices, exactly like the pork...too bad they ruin the beef meat...good soups anyway and the easy dishes are ok, the rest of them, good luck!

Best hotel on Romanian seaside

Best hotel on Romanian seaside: good size room, very clean, large bathroom, elegant and tastefull decoration, excellent breakfast and services, free sun beds on their beach. The personnel is friendly and welcoming.I highly recommend!

Très décevant

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre KING double avec une baignoire balnéo. L'accueil fut très consciencieux et arrangeant. La chambre était superbe! Rien à redire la dessus. En revanche, le personnel du restaurant désagréable, a la limite de l'irrespect (arrivés 21h45, le restaurant était jusqu'à 22h30, donc dessert apporte en même temps que le plat et la note, petites messes basses déplacées des serveurs ...) De plus, le serveur ne connaissait ni la carte ni les ingrédients qui composent les cocktails... Petit déjeuner très peu fourni avec le personnel toujours ravi...
Pour conclure, malgré une apparence très luxueuse, cet hôtel de par le personnel et certains services proposés ne nous ont pas pleinement satisfaits...
