Continued incidences
On arrival we had to claim at reception as the pillowcases were dirty and with hair, in a prudent time it was resolved.
At the time of the shower the dispenser inside was empty having to use the two bottles of the bathroom, but while taking the shower the water started to come out all over the bathroom in an exaggerated way, we ignored the reason, I had to throw the towels on the floor and still we ran away from the large amount of water that accumulated, when we went to call the reception, the PHONE DID NOT WORK, and I had to dress and go down to reception to get them up to dry the flood.
Correct air conditioning and dinner within the right.
By the way, the phone failed to work and they were unable to activate the awakening the next day.
Between performances I spent time in the room waiting for solutions.

Good restaurant
We all had large soups and salads…
Some of us had Greek salads, Bulgarians salads, beets salads and some of us had tomato soup and vegetable soups or pumpkins soups . The lunches were served with fresh sliced bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Service was friendly and we were all quite thrilled with the speed of the service and a delicious lunch

Excellent reception, with a manager who is always attentive, competent and concerned about customer service.
Extremely competent, friendly and polite employees.
End of year event with excellent atmosphere, very well organized and with a quality buffet.
