Excellent Hotel and Restaurant

Excellent hotel . Amazing restaurant , bets in the town in my opinion . Great amenities for hotel of this size . Located right on the central , recently improved town square .

Standard

Good location right in the center and really good service from the staff. Rooms somewhat ok, a little older. The shower was placed at a very low and uncomfortable height, presumably to avoid taking long baths. Breakfast was a disappointment that lacked some decent products and some fresh fruit

Terribleness

Horrible noise from outside no air conditioning we did not sleep at all dirty room in the room the temperature was unbearable like in sauna maybe In sauna would be cooler then in the room as a pregnant woman I had a worst night ever!
I don’t recommend this place at all guys pay 10 euro more and have a nice night sleep somewhere else !!!! This place is dirty noisy old rubbish and smelly !

Worst parking service i have ever seen

The policy of the hotel regarding the parking in front of the hotel is unique worldwide. There is a employee that makes reservations for other clients and even tho you are a customer and the parking should be for all customers regardless. He even asks where are you leaving to know why you need the car. Seriously?? At first i thought it was a joke. I asked the receptionist to explain the situation and he said, quote: "first client has priority but we have reservations" 3-4 parking spots blocked. I have never in my life seen such a rude and unprofessional employee at any star rated hotel.
It is my only complaint about the hotel. Food service + staff + room is good but again, PARKING IS A JOKE, JOKE, JOKE!

Nice hotel staff

Very nice and receptive hotel staff We got supplied with everything needed, the room was tidy and the breakfast was ok. The service is for a 5 stars hotel. We got the offer to choose the room we wanted. We would definitely come back!
