An excelent weekend there

The staff was extremely attentive and friendly – even when we requested dishes that weren’t on the menu, they made an effort and served us with a smile. Rooms very clean, facilities very good, wonderful landscape, owner very comunicative.

Overbooking!

Watch out! Hotel making on Booking ... we had a reservation and a confirmation of the hotel via Booking.... Upon arrival full hotel and no rooms available (2 booked) no empathy and no solution found ... staff at the Welcoming unkind ... We had to find another hotel after 5pm...
No professionalism!
Too bad because from the outside the hotel seemed great ...

Team building 5*

Me and my colleagues had team building at this location, for 2.5 days and it was an amazing experience. Food was really good and diverse. Rooms were super clean and cozy. The spa amenities, just perfect. Ultimately, the staff was always smiling and helpful. Strongly recommend this location.

Great location and service!

We had a great time at your place! The hotel is in the middle of the nature, with a really good service, which made us feel like being home!
Thank you for that, keep it up like this, with the whole team and it will get even better and better.

they do not issue the tax invoice

They do not issue invoices if you make a mistake and leave with the promise that they will later send the invoice because it is not accounting, you will no longer receive it.
you can't sleep in the room if there is music and mood outside
