A really good hotel that is a little bit too isolated to score maximum marks. We walked to the shopping centre for an evening meal which was very good.

Excellent stay

Perfect Welcoming. Garage very easy. The staff is lovely and helpful.
The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The perfect gym to start the day off (opens from 06:00)

Deluxe suite was absolutely huge. Family of 4 had more space then we knew what to do with. Everything was super clean. There was a gala on one evening we were there and the staff said to let them know if it was disturbing us but honestly we could hardly hear it as the rooms were very well sound proofed.
The only 2 small criticisms was that The bed was way too hard for my liking - but that is personal preference and that the hot water took ages to come through so a lot of water was wasted waiting for the hot to come through. However this didn’t affect our stay at all as at the end of the day there was hot water.
The other thing to note which was slightly disappointing but again didn’t affect our stay. Was that it was declared in the listing of facilities that the deluxe suite had its own private hot tub. It didn’t! What it did have was an oversized and very deep bath tub with NO jet sprays or anything, it was simply a huge bath tub that they called a hot tub purely based on its size. So if you’re booking this room over the other rooms because of the hot tub then don’t as there is no hot tub just a very big basic bath tub.
HOWEVER the hotel was absolutely lovely and we will definitely stay again and would definitely recommend staying here.

Brand new good hotel with some shortcomings

This is a very new hotel and management and staff are still trying to get it right. The reception was very friendly. My room, more like an apartment, was huge and well furnished. The location makes for good sleep quality. All spaces were very clean. The WIFI was a touch slow but OK. The hotel is let down by the area in which it is situated, this being an industrial site on the edge of town with a dirty stream right in front of it. On one day the hotel was quite full and the breakfast room was somewhat too small. I was told a restaurant is in progress of being added. There are no good eateries near the hotel and to get to the main historic centre a brisk walk of 30 minutes is required. The taxi ride costs around Lei 20. Overall, I was quite pleased with my choice and it is hoped, in time, that some of the shortcomings will be improved upon.
