Superb

Magnificent place with a special charm.
Pet friendly where my Dune has enjoyed like never before.
Miguel is charming, close and attentive. Makes you feel at home, the common areas are great to meet other guests and live a unique experience in front of the firewood and tasting a wine and an appetizer.
You can take your food and there heat it or make it since it has all the utensils.
Miguel keeps the hotel very clean, always worried that everything is to your liking, definitely a place to return and advisable to 200%
Thank you very much Miguel for your dedication, attention and generosity as finding all that in one place is very difficult.
Keep it up and never change.
We'll see you again!

worse than regrettable

Where do I start…imagine a “3 star” rural “hotel” that could very well be a pigsty. Imagine a pungent musty and closed smell that welcomes you as soon as you step into the hostel, and the term is too big for you. Afterwards, imagine a jacuzzi full of hair, the sheets that are disgusting and yes, Mr. Owner, I am attaching a photo of the little surprise I found in the pillowcase. A management carried out by a rude and disrespectful person, who told us to put on a cardigan when I asked for a radiator because I was cold in the room. Then the excuse was that they had already put away the radiators, which is my problem as a guest for some reason that I don't understand. They finally gave us a radiator reluctantly. However, the prospect of driving 4 hours back home in the middle of the night seemed a thousand times better than spending another minute in that place, so you can imagine how much I recommend it.
And finally, it would be nice if the person who manages this “hotel” knows how to differentiate between a rural hotel with rustic decoration and a dusty, smelly and dirty hole.

Poor maintenance and cleaning

We stayed one night from Saturday to Sunday. The house itself is good and has many possibilities. The problem is that I think they do not maintain good maintenance of either the house or the patio it has. Apart from having unnecessary furniture and junk that makes it look cluttered...

Excellent experience.

Place with an exciting charm, from the moment you enter the door it transports you to a world full of tranquility and history. The Manager Miguel is kind, no, the following....
Small but very familiar town. Dinner and breakfast made with great love by Miguel (excellent hand in the kitchen). Both the rooms and the rest of the stay are very cozy, and you cannot miss the thermal water pool and cinema.

Quiet Country Peacefulness

I had a very pleasant time staying at Hotel Rural Bermellar. The home is very cozy and provides a Bed and Breakfast type feel. It is near the border from Portugal, so it can be a great stop for travelers who wish to continue their journey on through Spain! It is a small rural location. The host is very nice and is very accommodating. The rooms are very cozy and the decor is very rustic. My room included a tub! The breakfast is included and there are two traditional menu dinner options for extra. The spa was nice, reminded me of a really nice grotto I experienced in Mexico, nice place to feel zen. Overall I would recommend the place and look forward to my next stay. Don't pass it up!
