Notable quality for the price.

A fairly new hotel, just a few minutes from the center of Seville, good quality for the price, and the staff is very friendly and helpful; I will definitely return.

Fine for a quick stop

This hotel is what you'd describe as functional. It isn't that centrally located and there isn't much in the immediate vacinity. However, the rooms are large and bright. They don't provide any meals other than breakfast.
The breakfast area is nice and airy and they have nice helpful staff.
There was no chair at the table in the room we had but with the room being so big, they easily could have put one in.
The car park is expensive but there is free safe street parking though.
Overall, as we were stopping en route to the next destination, for the price we paid, the hotel was fine.

Book by mistake with non-flexible rate

Regular customer of the chain and, sincerely, disappointed.
I had a reservation for the 17/04 for 199€ and, a few days later, the same stay dropped to 127€. I understand that I took out a non-refundable fare by mistake (something I never do), but the price difference is very high and at the time of booking there was hardly any difference between fares.
I have contacted both customer service and the hotel itself and the response has been a total refusal to any kind of solution or commercial gesture (no adjustment, no bonus, no attention during the stay).
Beyond the conditions, what really disappoints is the absolute lack of flexibility and consideration towards a regular customer.
Too bad, because this type of situation makes you think about rebooking with the chain.

New clean hotel in typical B&B style. Friendly welcome. Parking right in front of the hotel or free of charge in front of it.
