Secondary school excursion.
I was there as a teacher for a group of secondary school students, and the experience was very positive. The facilities are good, the rooms are spacious, clean, and have a terrace, the food is abundant, varied, and reasonably good, and the treatment received from the manager and the staff in general was excellent.

Bad experience
Terrible hotel with even worse service. The manager is a jerk who has no sense of education. I do not understand how a person like that can be in charge of an establishment, because all they do is scare away customers.
In addition to this, poorly maintained facilities and inadequate cleaning.

THEY THROW A FORGOTTEN ITEM IN THE TRASH.
We were competing in Cunit and the gymnasts stayed in this hotel. My daughter left a forgotten item, and on the same day they left the hotel, I called and was told to call the next day because that room had not yet been cleaned, but they would note it down. To my surprise, the next day when I called, I was told that indeed, when they cleaned the room, my daughter's item was there, but everything that had been left in the gymnasts' rooms had been thrown in the trash. As compensation, I was told to send an email with the purchase ticket to refund me the price, but I have already sent two messages and neither do they respond nor refund anything. A bit of shame and very poor management on their part.

Good expectations, bad outcome.
The hotel is average, nothing out of this world, and the staff leaves much to be desired, especially at the reception. The only positive aspect is the buffet staff, very kind and attentive, although the food is quite bad.
For what you pay, you will find better hotels with better service for sure.

School Casa de la Virgen June 2026
Terrible experience. I went with the School Casa de la Virgen on a year-end trip for 4 nights.
On the first day, we were given a tiny room for a group of 3 that was on another floor and in another wing. Not as we had reserved.
The staff is mostly unpleasant and lacking.
On the last day, a lamp from the ceiling fan fell on us, and they took our deposit and made us pay an additional 8 euros without having done anything.
The rooms are dirty and worn out (as can be noted from the lamp falling from the ceiling fan). And the food is of poor quality.
