Very well located hotel.

The hotel is very well located, very close to everything. We have been four days, we had a superior double room with double bed and two armchairs, and a large closet with mini fridge. The bathroom with bathtub (it would be better if you had a shower). Breakfast was a free buffet, with a variety of products: milk, coffee (we didn’t like coffee), juices, varied bread, side dishes, cheeses, a variety of fruits, krispis, and varied pastries; enough for breakfast at ease. It also has cafeteria with menu of the day; we ate one day, and the menu for 19 € was very good, I even have to thank them for making me something to eat off-carte. It also has parking, although it is a bit cramped if you have a large car, which was not my case. Where is the hotel is all blue area, although about 100 meters, behind the hotel is free zone for payment. The overall hotel is very good, very friendly and helpful staff and very well located. We have been very comfortable.

Incredible experience

A 10 out of 10 experience! The superior room is spectacular, very spacious, and meticulously maintained. Additionally, it has a very cozy pool, ideal for unwinding. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic, with dishes of excellent quality. All of this combined with a top-notch staff, super friendly and attentive at all times. Without a doubt, the best option to visit Ciudad Real, in addition to being very central. We will definitely repeat!

A very central and comfortable hotel, with super attention; Elena at Reception is a delight and Diana in the restaurant. Without a doubt, we will always return to this hotel

Seems like a known hotel in the city, very central, decent rooms and fine breakfast. The staff are courteous and friendly. Well worth the money

Good in general

I took a superior room and it was worth it, because it is spacious, with a large bed and a balcony to the main street. The price was good and the breakfast buffet, not very expensive for what the hotels usually and with enough variety, for all tastes. The hall and elevators are spacious and the dining room, too. They have menu of the day at 18 euros, with good looks.
In the room, I would improve 2 things: put shower tray, since the hot tub in these times, is a waste of water and is hardly accessible (an important step, to climb) and you move with difficulty, for people not already of reduced mobility, but almost general that we just want a shower and I think we are the majority in the times that they run. A superior room, I understand that is distinguished in these times, not by the hot tub (and by the way, around it the water came out and over the years, the floor was raised), but by other aspects (second aspect to improve), such as a larger television, since from the bed, the size of the screen, is small and would not lack a detail in a superior room, such as (and already seen in hotels), a couple of bottles of water in the minibar, for people who have just arrived and we do not feel like going down to the supermarket for water, when arriving tired.
The location is perfect, right in the center next to bus stops that go to the train station, 23 minutes walk from the station and with all kinds of services around the area.

Estimado Sergio, antes de nada, quiero agradecerle sus amables comentarios.
A su comentarios de la ducha, el Hotel está cambiando paulatinamente todas las bañeras por duchas y en breve estará el 100% del Hotel con las mismas.
Referente a la TV, tomamos nota ya que ahora el Hotel dispone de 32 pulgadas, es cierto que en las habitaciones superiores tenemos previstas las de 50, al ser la habitación de mayor dimensión, la TV tiene que ser mayor.
Nos alegra de que el Hotel, el servicio y la oferta hayan sido de su agrado.
