Very nice hotel

We had an excellent stay.
The welcome was warm. The period decor is incredible. The room is large.
Complete breakfast with pastries, cold cuts, fruits, yogurts, even churros. Pleasant outdoor terrace, very good restaurant too.

Telephone service could be improved

I wanted to put on record my dissatisfaction with the service received by phone when contacting the Balneario de Corconte. The person who answered my call seemed unfriendly to me and, at times, even somewhat rude in the way they addressed me.
I believe that, regardless of the circumstances or the workload the staff may have, when a client calls to make an inquiry they deserve to be treated with politeness, respect, and a minimum of cordiality.
It is a shame, because a first point of contact of this type leaves a quite negative impression and as a consequence the cancellation of the 10-day stay I had planned, also forfeiting the 80 euro deposit that we had precisely paid. It is curious that this person's attitude changed for the worse when I mentioned that the reservation was through Imserso. Respect for older people is a pending subject for some people.

Mixed

First impression: a leap back in time, a return to the past, period furniture, large lounges like in the good old days, an atmosphere as old-fashioned as you could wish for.
The room was very large, the decor a bit sad and could use a refresh.
Woodwork everywhere, but the hotel remains poorly soundproofed and can quickly become noisy if there are many people.
Admittedly, it is a hotel from a certain era with charm, but the room could still use some refreshing: seals around the toilet in the bathroom, faucets, etc. However, the bedding is excellent and the bed is very large.
Decent breakfast, up to standard.
We did not try the balneotherapy.
The appeal of this hotel is its location for potential walks; unfortunately, the weather was not very favorable. I therefore advise you to be careful because the weather is quickly disrupted due to the terrain, while 30 km away you can have very beautiful weather.

Health and tranquility.

We have been at the resort for 10 days and we have enjoyed the stay, the treatment, the location, and the peace. The thermal treatment has been very healthy.

Beautifull

A beautiful stay in a beautiful historic building in a lovely surroundings.Rooms very clean and big.Mega comfortable bed.Food amazinggg and big portions too.We loved it and super lovely friendly staff.All of them making sure our stay was very good. Thank you for being part of making our little trip to North and middle Spain so beautiful ❤️.Defenetely a come back.
