Perfect
Our room was clean and bright and opened out on the pool area. The bathroom was a nice size, good size shower and the water was always hot.
Breakfast for us was perfect, selection of meats and cheese and eggs cooked to order. Fresh fruits, pastries, fresh home made bread and the home made quince jam was delicious too !
It was lovely to be able to eat our breakfast outside.....perfect way to start the day.
There is a bar with an honestly box and so we could always get chilled water and drinks ...such a good idea.
Perfect spot to explore the area if you hire a car but also good bus service into town or up the hill to pretty Frigiliana.
It is possible to walk up to Frigiliana but it’s steep at times so if you have mobility problems you may struggle.
This is a really great place to unwind, it feels like a home and we couldn’t fault anything....we loved it.

Like staying in your own private villa but no jobs
You do need a car as it is realistically too far to walk to bars and restaurants especially in the heat. Frigiliana is a very pretty white village with numerous restaurants and Nerja is a few miles away. Although a tourist town it retains a lot of Spanish charm. Again loads of restaurants and lots of shops as well.

Highly recommended
It's a very relaxed atmosphere, you can come and go as you like. They have a pool. The views in all directions are fantastic. Breakfast was continental-style, but Carol and Lars will make you eggs if you want them.
They have on-site parking, which could be a bit of a challenge depending upon your car and perhaps the weather, as it's up/down a steepish hill alongside the house (within the security gates). However, our car had very little power going up any hill, but we made it up ok. Failing that, you can park in the street, which is very quiet.
It's about an hour or so to Granada and to the Alpujarras, and about 45/50 minutes from Malaga airport. When we left there we went to Cordoba, which took about 2 hours or so. Nerja is worth a visit, at least the Ballon de Europa area, and Frigiliana is a beautiful white-walled town, which wasn't at all crowded when we were there.
I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone who is thinking of staying in the Malaga area. You won't be disappointed.
