SAD REALITY THEY LIED WITH THE AMOUNT OF TUITION TO KEEP IT

I do not like to write negative things but I find myself obliged because they told me that they would return the money if my son did not give me the grade for the university of Carlos III and then they told me that "THE REFUND OF THE TUITION THAT WE HAD PAID WAS NOT PROCEEDING BECAUSE FOR THE ARTICLE AS IT WAS NOT PROCEEDING AND THEY PENALIZED YOU WITH KEEPING THAT AMOUNT".
Come on, I begged you for my personal situation and it was a shame you didn't even put yourselves in my place. The worst thing I knew was that they were so unhuman and lied to get you... saying that then they would return the tuition if I didn't finally go to that Charles III college.
I think that's CHEATING-
