Outstanding Team

Laura and the team welcomed us back to IGH with warmth & fun. The entire breakfast/ restaurant team were exceptional. This is the service that every customer wants. Amazing and highly recommended

We stayed at the Ibiza Gran for the first time and could not have had a better stay. We have visited Ibiza many times and stayed in villas but now have a toddler so needed something easier. Such a well designed hotel with a wonderful pool, great food and drink and lots of space for everyone to enjoy Ibiza the way they want to. Best of all were the staff - so helpful, friendly and attentive, Thanks especially to Tono and the team at the pool restaurant for taking care of us so well. We will absolutely be back. The location is perfect.

Experiencie

Our stay was excellent, and we would especially like to praise the room service team. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and of exceptional quality.
We arrived in the morning and made a special request for a dish that wasn’t even on the menu. To our surprise, the team went above and beyond to prepare a personalized meal tailored to our preferences.
The attention to detail, willingness to accommodate our request, and outstanding customer service truly exceeded our expectations.
We would be delighted to return in the future and highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone looking for 5-star service and hospitality.

Amazing experience at The Ibiza Gran hotel!

We had such a wonderful experience at The Ibiza Gran hotel on our honeymoon! The service was amazing and everyone is so welcoming, kind and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast each morning is amazing. We will definitely be back!

Best cocktail bar in Ibiza

This is the one place I always come back to whenever I’m in Ibiza. Musa Bar, the atmosphere, and the staff - especially Witt, Leire, and Diego - perfectly capture what the island is all about. The cocktails are outstanding and truly make this bar one of the best spots to visit. I highly recommend it whether you’re traveling with friends, as a couple, or even with family
