Charming but old

Charming old palace with somewhat old rooms. This one big for it. Good to find, you can stop at the hotel on the left or right to load your luggage, after that it becomes tight on the way to the parking lot (2 times left, once right and then left again;-). Room in the 2. Floor only via stairs on the 1st floor. Stock. In a few minutes walk in the old town. This hotel is ideal for visiting Jerez. Breakfast, after yes, table service, but so far ok.

Cheated on the bill

Junior Suite Booked with Booking Breakfast INCLUDED 2 P.
In the morning the lady at the reception claimed that the breakfasts were EXTRA paying.
She claims Booking went wrong. I was able to show that it is clearly stated in Booking INCLUDE BREAKFAST!
Yet we had to pay EXTRA €26 and put the blame on Booking and showed us that she also has to pay €18.9 commission to Booking: none of my business!
Very arrogant lady even.
Very austere breakfast.
Hotel very good location.
Quota worth 2 stars.

Good place

Hotel in the heart of the city and especially at Easter, very correct room with good bed and spacious and good bathroom. The breakfast simple but complete and adequate and with the detail of attending the day of departure before the opening time due to time pressure. The right and attentive staff. Definitely good option in case you have to stay in the city of Jerez.

Great little Hotel

What a great little hotel. It has its own parking and though a tight space was perfectly fine for our car. This is a boutique hotel and our room was unique. A fabulous space with high ceilings and a roll top bath as well as an excellent shower. We were B&B and the continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful and polite. The only negative I have is that I’d like Tea/Coffee facilities in the room. This wouldn’t stop me going again. Thanks to the team for a lovely experience

The palace is beautiful, a place with history that is reflected everywhere. The decor is elegant, with pictures, sculptures and other decorative museum pieces.
I would highlight comfort, sofas are never to get you up.
The staff are lovely, they solve any problem, they are friendly and diligent.
About breakfast I will say it is good and complete. It is served at the table, there is also a small buffet where you can choose hard-boiled eggs, various fruits, cereals, biscuits and more cakes. At table you can order anything you want, they put some very good croissants and warm breads, and an exquisite coffee (with this I am very demanding).
The room we stayed in was a real surprise, the n. 7, spectacular. When we entered we were amazed, it was immense and beautiful. Comfortable bed and sofas. Large television and special sofa to watch. The impressive bathroom with.all kinds of accessories, bathtub and shower. The large terrace overlooked a garden and a stone wall.
It is not to leave the room and go for sightseeing.
I'm looking forward to coming back.
