A really quiet hotel with great rooms

I absolutely loved this place. When I arrived a very friendly host was already waiting for me, showed me my room, had a great place for my bike and informed, that he was just around the corner if there were any issues. But there weren´t any. My room was huge, really clean, very sunny in the evening. The (shared) bathroom was also large and very clean, with a really good shower. Did not use the kitchen, but I think the facilities there were also very up-to-date and clean, but I used the veranda and the lazy chair and enjoyed dozing there in the afternoon. Would definitely go there again

Great place to stay on Camino

This is a very modern nice comfortable and very clean Pensión just outside Portal Castillo in Los Arcos. It has 5 or 6 rooms for rent and two shared baths and small common area on two upper floors. We like it very much. The bathrooms have hairdryers one as a shower stall and the a tub. Nice facilities. Highly recommend this place. All rooms are up several flights of stairs. Coffee, tea, microwave and small refrigerator.

Good pension

Helpful man at check in who even carried my backpack upstairs. Clean room and bathroom. Nice that free tea and coffee is offered. Good towels. Only problem is the noise of all the bedroom and bathroom door locks. All night the other 10 guests were going in and out of their rooms and all the key locks click about five times each way and they are really noisy so they woke me up each time.

Comfy Camino Refuge

I treated myself to a private pension after a long walk. My room on the 1st floor shared a bathroom with one other room but, as it was not occupied, I had a proper bathroom to myself. Twin room with comfortable beds, cupboards and natural light. A small dining room with mini bar and fridge (no sink or stove) opened onto a large outdoor terrace in the afternoon sun- perfect for enjoying a picnic meal of treats from the store in the nearby main square and putting feet up. The couple running the pension live just a few doors down and are available in case of problems or questions. I paid a single occupancy rate which is always appreciated!

Nice!

It was hard to find, and not everyone in Los Arcos knows about the pension since I think it is new. But good location next to the Camino trail, and a very nice surprise. Comfortable rooms, and a very friendly owner.
