Perfect oasis and relaxed comfort
The location was perfect with easy access to everything. Staff created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Beautiful room - clean, tranquil, luxurious. Was there during a very hot week and spent late afternoon hours poolside resting and eating before heading out for the evening. Joel (sp?) was a fabulous pool and restaurant host - friendly and attentive.

One memorable night in Madrid
We just spent one night at CoolRooms so we could be in Madrid to watch Spain win the World Cup! What a night. But we will definitely be back for a longer stay as we were really impressed with the room, the courtyard and the friendly staff.

Beautiful boutique hotel set in a grand old home, well located close to restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, art galleries and parks. Our room was beautifully decorated, the staff were superb and the restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend this place - we will definitely be back.
