Amazing detox retreat experience
Had an incredible time here doing the week-long detox retreat. Sarah and Tony are an amazing team, making all the guests feel super welcome and very looked after, as well as pushing us all to get the most of out the time there as we could.
The place is super comfortable and well-equipped with the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, and very comfortable bedrooms.
Very unexpectedly as a result of the retreat I experienced a huge improvement in long covid symptoms I'd been suffering since June 2022, as well as a partial reversal of vitiligo. Sarah was kind enough to provide a very comprehensive overview and food/lifestyle plan to follow after the retreat as well, which I've been following and have managed to stay free of the long covid, which is an absolute godsend for me.
I didn't know much about detoxing or the effects my lifestyle could be having on my wellbeing prior to the retreat but came away with so much new knowledge that's helped me lead a much healthier and sustainable lifestyle since, which I'm so grateful for. Will definitely be returning in the future if there is space!

Modern rooms without air conditioning or refrigerator
The staff are synptic, although they never pick up your phone. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, no refrigerator. Otherwise the rooms are spacious and well decorated and modern. If you like cottages and picnicking, fine, but if you have to eat out it's far from the village, and they don't serve meals except breakfast. And if you also don't have a fridge in the room, you have a problem.

Woooooow! What a wonderful experience this retreat has been. I’ve loved every bit of it! The detox diet is, simply put, EXCELLENT. Juices, smoothies and all the food is prepared on the spot and it is as fresh as it can get, super tasty & yummy. I felt satiated the whole time. The schedule has been thoroughly designed to have what I found was an optimal balance between interesting / entertaining group activities (walks, excursions, yoga, jacuzzi to watch the stars at night…OMG the sky in Teruel is really something!) and time on your own. The place is very nice and quiet. The rooms and bathrooms are super spacious and clean. The views are astoning. I'm really trying hard but, honestly, I can't find a single flaw…A family business run by Sarah, Rebecca & Antonio. They’re passionate about what they do and this shows all the time. Guys… I will be back soon and please remember that you have a friend in Barcelona A very important additional note: I had the best retreat buddies I could have expected for! Suki, Balbir, Tess, Anita & Emily it was an absolute pleasure to share this time with you

Detox retreat and so much more!
This is my second time at this retreat and I would highly recommend it. My health has improved dramatically since my first visit in August 2021 thanks to the knowledge I gained from Sarah and Antonio. I am pleased to say that I enjoyed my second visit as much as the first. There is a comprehensive programme each day that is carefully worked out with times for juices, excercise and treatments for each individual. You truly get a personalised experience and feel cared for by these wonderful people. The juices are meticulously put together each day by Sarah and are never repeated. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing and you can do as little or as much as you like. I am certainly looking forward to my next visit!

A truly revitalising experience that allows you to view the world with fresh new eyes
I am a self confessed ‘retreat junkie’ and have done many retreats and detoxes all over the world.
This was truly THE best retreat I have ever done.
It was also one of the best experiences of my life!
It was all the more appreciated after a long few years and lockdown.
I left operating on a completely different vibration energetically and feel 10 years younger!
Sarah & Antonio are two very special people who have an incredible light and energy and live to serve and inspire.
In this short review there simply aren’t the words to do them justice!
If you want exceptional personal service, gourmet vegan food and juices, exciting nature walks that fire up your soul and empowering nutritional advice…this is the place for you!
If you want to regain your ‘Codicia por vida’ and blow away the cobwebs, fear and heavy energy currently circling us then you will love physionatural.
The value for money was also superb with massages and Heat therapy (hyperthermia), magnetic therapy, Artisan beauty product tutorial, personal training sessions, chi gong and infra red sauna/jacuzzi (I was addicted!) all included.
I did lose weight, but it was about so much more than that for me!
If you are struggling with weight loss this will be a great kickstart for you and will fuel your cells with optimum nutrition which energises like nothing else.
It truly was a magical and much needed break and I will be back!
