Brilliant find
My son gave us a buyagift and we used it for a city break. A lovely small hotel and the patrons could not do enough to make you welcome....taking you into the centre and collecting you from the metro terminal. The room was delightful very spacious as well as the bathroom and spotless. The breakfast each morning was plentiful and much on offer to satisfy all appetites. 20 mins on the tram to the centre of Valencia and a huge centre closeby with lots of restaurants as well as various shops. Very quiet and tranquil setting with nice grounds and a swimming pool is a plus

Fantasy Land
We have just spent four unforgettable days in “this hotel” We found it very difficult to recognise many of the attributes shown on their website.
Our room had two single beds with a pice of rough stained carpet that had not seen a deep clean in years. There was no television, no working fridge, no plug in the bathroom, a toilet With only half of the flushing system in place. A 21st century shower which if you are unlucky the water is so hot it can boil you!!
It is miles from town if you go by bus, or you can make a 20 minute walk to the tram station and get of by the town gate. The main problem with the tram is you have to get a local to work the ticket machine for you. The bus drops you well outside the tourist area. We never actually found out where we were.
The web site talks about a courtesy bus to and from the airport. We were told to get a taxi!! Even the taxi driver did not know where the hotel was. It is in fact in a gated complex with a security guard 24/7.
Breakfast was quite reasonable but if you want tea, take your own tea bags.
The best thing about the hotel is Carmene who runs the establishment. She was the one thing that made this place reasonable.
I see on some sites this is rated 3/4 star. Forget it, maybe 1 star if you are easily pleased. Put it this way, despite the attention of Carmene we will not be going back.

Short break
Lovely typical Spanish hotel. Big room, very clean and lovely bathroom. Quiet gardens, though it is early before the season, and swimming pool. All being repainted while we were there, but not a problem. Very convenient for Valencia and many restaurants five minutes away. Good choice for breakfast and plentiful. We had a ground floor room with our own patio!

Quaint Hotel
Lovely hotel out side of Valencia, our room had a private terrace with lounge overlooking the bar very unusual room 105, Very clean lovely breakfast, the staff made you feel like family, Carmina & Jose when above and beyond for us, Jose took us to the tamp station then pick us back up. They could not do enough for us. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit Valencia but not stay in the centre. There is a Heron City across the road with great food and drink.

Little Gem
My daughter and I stayed there for a couple of nights. What a lovely surprise it was.
Family hotel, delightful owner. Friendly, helpful, it felt like being part of the family. Everyone there was simply great. Comfortable room, good bathroom and a very interesting house. Nice pool and very well kept gardens with lots of flowers and all the beautiful fragrances from Southern Europe.
The breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
Very peaceful location in a residential area. We hired a car which made it very easy to run around. Very close there was a magnificent beach and lots of very good restaurants.
Definitely would stay there again and recommend.
