Ant nest under the carpet!!
Unfortunately, the room and, above all, the hygiene conditions were extremely disappointing.
The carpet in the room was dirty and clearly needed attention. The breakfast was also below our expectations.
However, the most serious issue was what we discovered in the morning: hundreds of ants inside our room, apparently coming from a nest underneath the carpet. The ants had spread onto the bedside table and were eating food that had been left there. It was an extremely disturbing experience to wake up to.
This was not just unpleasant — it was a serious hygiene issue and potentially dangerous for us and especially for our newborn baby. Finding what appeared to be an ant nest underneath the room carpet is completely unacceptable for accommodation that is supposed to meet basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
We strongly believe this should be treated as a very serious hygiene failure, and the room should be thoroughly inspected and professionally treated before being offered to other guests.
The location and restaurant were good, but the hygiene problem completely overshadowed these positives. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this accommodation, particularly to families with small children or babies.

We sincerely thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We deeply regret the inconvenience you experienced during your stay, especially regarding the presence of ants, a situation we understand was very upsetting and disappointing, even more so while traveling with a baby.
At our hotel, we maintain strict cleaning protocols and regular fumigation, but unfortunately, these kinds of unforeseen incidents can occur. In fact, this is the first time this has happened in a room.
To compensate for the inconvenience, we have not charged you for the room. We want to assure you that the comfort and well-being of our guests are our top priority.
We appreciate you highlighting the location and the restaurant as positive aspects of your visit. However, we recognize that these aspects do not compensate for the seriousness of what happened in the room, nor the discomfort and concern this caused you and your family.
