Total lack of hygiene in room and bathroom
POSITIVE: Location near Donosti, price and size room, bed and bathroom. Breakfast included and all tasty although little variety.
NEGATIVE: Totally Lack of Hygiene in the whole room, but especially in the bathroom, DIRT LEVEL GOD, they clean nothing but the least to make it look clean (attached photos and video, if I am able). The mold on the bathroom joints, inside the shower, as well as the dust from the hair dryer cable as on the plugs is MONTHS and MONTHS without having passed a cloth. All night buzzing machinery, maybe from the geothermal or cider house just below. Under our window were stacked tons of apples in the open, with insects eating them and I imagine many already spoiled because the acidic and putrid smell would creep into the room if you thought to open the window. If you use those apples to make cider, now I understand why the flavor of your ciders are so acidic. Tasty breakfast but very limited in those 4 things. Desk chairs, if you touch them, stick your fingers together like grease/dirt.

The staff is wonderful, they inform you and help you in any way you need.
And what you can not miss is eating in its Cider House, all very good.
