Shameful..
The hotel confirmed by phone they had a room for 4, but gave us a double bed and a folding single bed. We had to adapt. During the night, water started to pour from the bathroom ceiling. The next morning they moved us, but to a triple room again. At 10.30pm that night we were still waiting for the receptionist to move our folding bed to another double bedroom with bigger beds.. but they hadn't changed the sheets...! A real disgrace.

Lousy, very lousy experience
I booked room by double booking (single double bed) and upon arrival we put two one beds together. Every now and then you hear a very loud squeak coming from the elevator, but for more surprise at the entrance to the hotel we were told that lunch was a la carte and come your time I had to pay , for two French tortillas (plus they had no gluten-free bread or fruit so my partner only had that tortilla dry with a coffee , price of the two tortillas 8'20 eu ) the vending machine of chocolates and soft drinks unplugged . In short HOTEL CENSAL QUE MAL. 97 eu the night....pathetic experience

Bad experience
Very bad experience.
The bathroom in the room was in unacceptable dirt conditions from the moment I arrived. I informed the staff, but they offered no solution: there were no cleaning staff available, they did not change my room and, to top it off, no one apologized for the problem. The lack of attention and professionalism was total. I don't recommend it.

Run away! Lousy.
Run away!!!!!
We contract full board with party at the end of the year from 30/12 to 2 January and it turns out that you do not have a restaurant. They send you to a pizza parlor with a kids menu option where you can choose a pizza margarita, spaghetti or burger. This is the menu to which we can opt for lunch and dinner every day and the end of the year party is also in the pizzeria 300 meters from the hotel. For breakfast, we get some tickets in a cafeteria, where we get a piece of toast and coffee.
It's a tremendous scam. We got a full coach and it turns out they only have a computer and a worker at reception to give us all the 55 customers' rooms. With a cold q peels, 2 hours until you get room xq has no hall. The tiny rooms in which it is cold... Demencial!!!!

Not to repeat
The reception only works at certain hours. I got there at 15 and there was nobody. The room had no towels the hot water did not exist. The weak breakfast
