Stay away!

The worst place my girlfriend and I stayed during a month of traveling in Sri Lanka!
At arrival the host asked us to cancel the booking to cheat booking.com.
Whilst standing in front of the room it was "cleaned" for us which meant a quick water spraying of the bathroom.
The "self prepared" dinner was ordered at a local shop and sold to us extremely overpriced with a bottle of water which wasn't free like they made it seem.
The included breakfast was even more disappointing: Some toasts held together by butter and sugar.
At checkout the host charged quite a bit more Rupees than the correct amount of Dollars would be.

To flee

Unsanitary room, very high humidity. Everything smells bad. Everything is dirty. The wifi doesn't work. The manager is not honest, the price of the bottle of water changes every day. They made us cancel the Booking reservation so as not to have a bad comment.

Terrible

DON’T GO TO THIS HOTEL. It is a scam. They have good reviews on Booking but they are not true. When we arrived, they offered us a discount but made us cancel the reservation, later we realized it was for us not to comment on Booking page. The room was dirty, it stunk like humidity and there were some excrements on the walls. We asked to change the room and said they didn’t have any available. The bathroom was dirty and it has spiderwebs. Disgusting.

totally disappointed

I’ve visited to this place few days ago with my friends , so sad to say the place is very dirty and it’s seems like prostitution dealing location. Some of school aged girls were there with old man. Owner also not type of decent. Rooms also not clean and cigarettes filters and empty beer cans everywhere. Room boy security and cleaning service all doing by one person . If you want to go there you have to take a very risk because that villagers also complained that all time police come there and check that premises. Don’t go with girls the security is nil. Please be carful

DO NOT GO THERE!

1. AC machine is placed outside our open shutter. It is the AC from the room above, we only have a fan. Whole night the AC turns on and off, impossible to sleep.
2. Roofterras a buildingsite. Building starts before 6 AM.
3. Very noisy rooms.
4. Nobody there when we arrive to welcome us or tell us about wifi, breakfast etc.
5. Everything closes at 10PM. Not possible to enter the terras.
6. Not allowed to drink in the room???
7. Ants in the bed
8. No musquitonet and only open shutters.
9. The rude owner cancelled our booking when he saw we were not happy. So we could not enter a review and he keeps his high score in booking.com, which is nog realistic.
10. The owner charged us Rs 720 for the welcome drinks....
11. Not enough toilet paper.
12. Colored sheets, so impossible to see if they were clean or not.
13. No garden available.
