The Villa 14 Bolgoda provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Villa 14 Bolgoda is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Panadura. The hotel is conveniently located just 6km from Moratuwa Railway Station and 25km from Diyawanna Oya Seaplane Base. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Island, Serene Lake Holiday Bangalow and Subadrarama Viharaya. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Good experience
We had dinner from the Villa and the Food was good. Whilst it was a last minute booking, service was good and they accommodated all our requests.

An adventure in colombo with relaxing holiday.
The food was delicious, and the overall island experience was something special. My child especially loved the boat ride to get to the island – it added an extra bit of excitement to the trip.
It's service has improved a lot !!

Waste of our time and money
The charges were also completely unfair. We had two extra adults and paid for them, yet we were still charged for two absent children, which made no sense. Additionally, the ferry charge from the mainland to the villa was unreasonably high, and this cost was never mentioned beforehand.
The entire experience was unsafe and poorly managed. There was no proper parking, and due to flooding, we had to send our vehicle back to the mainland in the middle of our day out, which was a huge inconvenience. Later, when we had to leave, we were forced to walk through flooded areas to reach the ferry, making it a risky and unpleasant experience.
On top of all this, the buffet was not properly managed, and by the time the last few people went to serve, there was hardly any food left. When we requested a takeaway for the paid meals, the packed parcel was extremely poor.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor service, safety concerns, and money-minded approach made this a terrible experience. Definitely not worth it and would not recommend!

Wast of money
Are not up to standerds and were not drained properly.we were charged additional service charge it was not previously mentioned and also child below 2 years. So Beware before paying bills as it like previously discussed,

Great location/villa but needs improvement on service level
- the rooms were not made unless we asked them to clean the rooms (the first time they used the excuse that the doors were locked except they weren’t - which showed they didn’t even try…)
- there was no wifi - we asked the status everyday - and when apparently it was sorted out (apparently they had not paid) nobody bothered to inform us (…) and we had given up on it by the end
- the staff wear a uniform - but the uniforms were actually disgusting - would be better to either buy new uniforms or simply wear white shirts (not the staff’s fault but just gives the general sense of negligence / no one paying attention)
- food was generally good however we asked them to have more fruits generally in the meals given the delicious fruits available that we had in Sri Lanka (and other hotels/stays in the country) - but nothing changed
- the lamps were European plus that you had to fit in UK plugs - that were not plugged at our arrival and that you had to use a lot of force to plug in.
It feels like there is no real supervision/effort/ attention to detail - it’s a shame as the villa/location are very nice and if service was improved to a higher standard in line with prices paid - could be a great stay.

RoomsRooms were nice but some minor issues which somewhat surprising for the standard that you’d expect for prices paid: - the lamps were European plus that you had to fit in UK plugs - that were not plugged at our arrival and that you had to use a lot of force to plug in - one room the balcony doesn’t open - bathroom you can see that the water from the AC gets released into the shower
