Warmth, sheets, and towels were stained.
The room was extremely hot; we slept with the window wide open, disregarding the light to get a bit of air. There is no air conditioning.
The breakfast was passable.
We will not set foot here again.

You don't have to come before 3:00 because the door will be locked.
Room at the price with low bed.no hotel comfor.
Breakfast no longer possible.you can nasr the neighbors hotel international for 1.5 euros

good starting point for Ticino excursions
good location (close to town center and train station) ; the staff is friendly ; the breakfast had fresh bread and the choices were ok ; the single room was tiny but with a balcony and a great view, it was clean and well-kept; even though facing the street and the railway, the room was quiet (most noise came from other guests in the hallway)
good to know: the elevator is very tiny and the stairs to the top floor are many
