Bijou and insider tip

We were here again - but have known the house for a very long time. As always, the stay was extremely pleasant. Our small apartment with its own kitchen was cozy, the view of the newly snowy forest magical, the unique atmosphere of the house unchanged. If you are lazy, sit or lie down on the balcony in the sun and feel away from the world. Or he can read a book inside in a comfortable armchair overlooking nature. If you want to get out, you have the choice between the romantic atmosphere around Lake Cauma or in the season of the complete infrastructure of a modern winter ski resort with shops, bars, ice rink, wellness and a huge winter sports area. We always enjoy these different options between being outside, sitting in the internal lounge with people, as well as the completely, beautifully and individually furnished small apartments as a retreat. A bijou and insider tip!

Wonderful!!!!

I was there alone for a few days at the end of summer. I immediately felt welcome, very friendly and uncomplicated hosts, delicious, freshly prepared breakfast, beautiful, historic bar, lovely garden and pool. Had a very cozy room with a small kitchen and garden seating area. A few minutes' walk to the beautiful Caumasee. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.
I'll definitely be back, next time as a couple!

Gracious and familiar

Characteristic hotel with a warm and familiar atmosphere. The owners are very friendly, they also speak Italian and were available to give us all the information we needed. We stayed three nights in a triple room (without breakfast). The room also had a kitchen, small, but complete with everything (dishes, utensils, tea towels, sponge, dish soap, even dishwasher tabs). Our dog was well received. In the common area you can find books and board games and a bar where you can also help yourself and then write down your drinks in a notebook. Comfortable beds with warm duvets, only the pillows we didn't find comfortable, but it's very subjective and honestly we didn't ask to change them. The wooden parquet creaks with every step and is a bit annoying. The terrace overlooking the woods is wonderful, furnished with armchairs, a table and a very comfortable "bed" with cushions for sunbathing and relaxing. Paths start in the woods next to the hotel. During a walk with the dog I found myself by chance at Lake Caumasee, a wonderful place where you can also swim in the summer.

Great Find

This was the best value clean and comfortable accommodation we could find within the area and has everything you would need for a self catering ski holiday.
Hosts Maaike and Adriano and their staff make you very welcome and are ever ready to help you. They will provide breakfast and some meals if required.
A small supermarket is 170m walk away and sells everything you'll need. Shops bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
Just 150m to the shuttle bus stop which is a 5min ride to the Laax or Flims lifts.
Highly recommended.

heaven for dogs!

charming and very friendly place. the hand shower was a bit impractical, but we loved the sunny balcony and the owner was an absolute dog lover. the rooms are nice, even with the very pink duvets! there is a table for dinner, in the same area as the bed, with a kitchen and bathroom down the stairs
