Absolutely Lovely

As our first choice was fully booked , we opted for our second choice and am so pleased that we did as the whole place could not have been better.
This under one year old establishment is run by a very nice young couple, Gass ( husband ) spoke good english and was very helpful in explaining the surrounding area and other items of interest.
All 11 rooms are comfortable, clean fresh and very modern and surround the smallish crystal clear swimming pool, we liked this place so much that we stayed for two extra nights, its location is not far from the town centre and is at the end of a cul de sac so it's very quiet.
For 700 baht a night which includes a breakfast of ham, eggs, sausage toast and coffee, outstanding value and highly recommended.

The hotel just nice. Very clean and very comfort. Need to call first if you arrived late night because the receptionist is not at the counter during night time. Overall is just nice, comfort, clean and safe to stay. Will back there if visited Chumphon. Thank you.

Nice rooms but...

All in all nice clean rooms with rather comfortable beds. Interesting concept to have all furniture built in with concrete, so only a chair and the mattress are actually moved in. The pool right in front of the room, convenient parking which however only has space for up to 5 cars, after that the next one has to park on the street. Just when you are looking forward to a nice breakfast after a good sleep you will be surprised with something that is a disgrace! Mini portions of lowest quality margarine, jam, sliced bologna like sausage, one edible egg and one sausage. A small cup of coffee which was the worst quality I ever had. Best part was the glass of water that came with it.
Location is OK for a one night stay if you have a car. I would normally not mind recommending this place, but the breakfast was just too bad, a real pity. I will certainly try a new place again next time I stop for a night in Chumphon (which happens only 4-6 times a year anyway).

Really nice, but need a car.

It's clear a lot I'd time and money has been invested into this family ran accommodation.
Lovely rooms, pool a bit small and overshadowed by the buildings.
Definitely a place worth staying if driving through.
I had no transport, and as they have no restaurant on site it did create a problem.
Breakfast is best forgotten, it's not worth the extra money they charge.
Staff were lovely.
The owner drove me to the bus station (no charge) and waited to make sure everything was OK before he left.

A family run gem in Chumphon

We were pleasantly surprised by this small quaint hotel at the edge of Chumphon town, You need a car to get to this hotel, but it is well worth the stay. Chumphon is a small town anyway and you will be only 5 minutes away from town center. There are only 8 rooms in the hotel. The central swimming pool is just outside all the rooms which are very clean.
