Friendly staff

The hotel provides the basics, the rooms are simple and clean.
No telephones in the rooms yet there's wifi .
It s a family owned hotel and they were friendly , attentive and " very " helpful .

Very good location & very close to the sacred phra that phranom but very rude and professional staff who initially did not provide a receipt for a cash payment when we booked an additional room. The staff reluctantly provided a receipt when we insisted on one but the information was very lacking that is no name, no details of what the payment is for & simply stated the total and cash.
Due to the hotel's unprofessional and rude staff and the lack of transparency in providing the receipt I will not stay at this hotel again .

Thatphahom Place

This family driven hotel is our favorite hotel in the city of That Phanom. It is very clean, nice beds, fine bathroom and perfect a/c. The staff is so sweet, most of them speak enough english. The high service level makes requests simple - and also free bikes available. It is situated away from the main road, making it low noisy stay. We have been here more than 10 times - and still so nice.Top dollar laundry service - within 24 hour finish.

A honest review

Me and my wife stayed here in April,very nice hotel.Rooms are large and very clean,breakfast is good to.All the food at hotel was good,had a few evening meals,good value for money.Location is good to,all the staff are nice and friendly.Good value for money hotel.

Nice stopover to visit Wat That Phanom

Very nice place to stay when in town to visit the famous wat. Easy walking distance to the temple grounds. Wonderful management and staff, and the value is hard to beat.
Some nice little Lao/Thai restaurants in the area, and a short tuk-tuk ride to the bus station. Approximately midway between Nakhon Phanom and Mukdahan on the river highway.
