Excellent quality price

Pros: clean rooms and towels changed daily, they also brought us a fruit plate upon our arrival. The cleaning ladies smiled and waved continuously were truly exceptional.
Staff of the restaurant very kind and helpful. Despite the large turnout they kept the buffet room tidy and always full of hot food.
The food was varied and very good, we did half board. For breakfast there was everything: fresh strawberries, yogurt and jams, croissants of all kinds, chocolate, pancakes and espresso omelets. Also of course there was a lot of salty choice.
At dinner we ate very well and we are Italian the food was fresh and tasty, pizza, pasta, couscous, main courses, lots of vegetables, hummus and desserts. The nights we stayed the dishes changed so you didn't have the feeling of eating the same things, we always digested everything very easily.
The property is located in the old part of hammamet 15 min walk from the old Medina and the fort.
Very convenient parking for cars.
The pool area very clean.
Cons: in the rooms, at least in ours, there was an unpleasant sewer smell. The fridge worked well but made noise.
The rooms should be renovated as they begin to show signs of ageing.
We were disappointed that the indoor pool cost 15€ per person and was not located inside the hotel as it seemed when booking.
Maybe the outdoor pool is small for all the people in the hotel, it was low season and it was full of people, I dare not imagine when it will be warmer.
The reception and bar staff should better explain the services offered.
One evening I asked for a chamomile and they told me that I would have to pay for it even though in theory it should be included in the open bar that we did not use because abstain.
In my opinion the price quality is very advantageous but if you expect a resort with entertainment, entertainment and various snacks is not the place for you. We loved it because we only needed a hotel to get around the surroundings and we were not interested in the beach, alcohol, swimming pool and entertainment.
However in the afternoon you could eat pizza and sweet crepes by the pool.

Kids club ♥️♥️

I‘ve been here with my Family for 1 week
I liked the hotel , the room is big and clean
The Food is not that delicious
I was very satisfied with Kids Club , especially the Girl who works there , (MARWA) very humble and kind , she spend a lot of time with kids , drawing, dancing and doing other activities ♥️♥️♥️
She is working on her own and this is very hard , I think she needs someone else to be there to help her managing the situation

I would definitely return.

When you consider where you are traveling too and the price you pay, it’s actually not a bad place to go. The rooms are very out dated but what do you really use the room for? Shower and sleep, you can achieve this here. The air conditioning is not the coldest but we coped well even when it was 48 degrees outside. I found the hotel staff to have great manners and most had really good personalities so you will have a laugh if you are a social person and just make a little effort with them. Remember staff anywhere in Tunisia are not earning fortunes and life is not easy for most but they will become very friendly if you just make a little effort and validate them as people and not just there to do a job. I actually thought the food was much better than I had anticipated and we never went hungry. There’s a really chirpy chef who’s always on his phone but listens to people’s views. The pool staff will go above and beyond for you , again just approach them with warmth and they will be your best friends. The pool is very spacious and the beach is literally 5 minutes walk which is a really stunning beach . As a hotel i thought it was great. There are shops and restaurants nearby if you fancy a change.
We did book quad biking through a rep at the hotel which was a real disappointment. We basically biked through what appeared to be your local dump sites and we got a a bit sand which we drove around in circles for 5 times. This was so disappointing for us and nothing like I’d expect the experience to be. Would probably get a better experience booking online.
The entertainment team are a great laugh, very friendly although the music by the pool at certain times is way too loud.
I can’t miss out the pancakes for snacks at around 3pm, they are delicious but if you have a child that wants more than 2, your best of going with them as the women serving gets grumpy and rude with the kids, to the point I would have to go and get them for my son.
Overall I think this is a great place to take a holiday and I’d definitely return. Just remember if you treat the staff as people and not just there at your beck on call they will treat you with kindness and respect. I’d say nearly every person inside and outside of the hotel I met during my stay were so kind and friendly. They are a credit to their country.

Not worth the money

If you expect glamor you are not in the right place. The hotel is old and you can see that it has not been renovated recently. We traveled with a small child and if we left a tip at the reception, we got a bad room the first night. The next day, at our insistence, they replaced it. The food is mostly the same every day and we rarely found anything that we liked. The staff was okay with the fact that not everyone spoke English. We had the biggest problem on the last day when we wanted to take a bath before leaving the room, the towels were not replaced and the old towels were taken from us. I had to beg to get clean ones. In my opinion, the only good thing about this place is the pool and the beach. We certainly won't be coming back.

Holiday

Beautiful property, very well maintained. You can choose whether to spend your time at the beach or by the pool. The pools are beautiful and quite deep.
Today we joined the free excursion to the Medina offered by the hotel. We went in a group of about 20 people, accompanied by two guides, Mimo and Zizou. They were very friendly, helpful, and kind, making the experience even more enjoyable.
