Like mom's breakfast

We made our decision by reading the comments. My group of friends and I had many comments about the cleanliness of the hotel and the efforts of the employees for customer satisfaction. After our stay, we saw that they managed to make us say that they said little. We would especially like to thank Ms. Ayşe and Buse for their interest and kindness. For breakfast, everything was served hot and in its most delicious form, and it is impossible not to be satisfied. You can make a reservation without thinking or researching.

Terrible management

During our trip, I made a Harbour hotel reservation online and paid immediately. When I entered the hotel, the receptionist (Leyla) said that I made a mistake about my son's age and he would not give the room. I chose the number of children 1, I wanted to pay the difference and stay because we drove for 10 hours and arrived at the hotel, but we could never check in to the hotel, we asked for a refund of the reservation, they said we couldn't do it too. I talked to the agency I found the hotel (OtelZ)they said they would talk to the hotel and return, but they never came back. After waiting for a week, I called the Harbour hotel again today. I wanted to explain what happened, but Leyla, the receptionist, said I was talking nonsense and hung up on me. Please be careful about this hotel. I'm sure they will insult you after you get your money

A Hotel I Would Recommend With My Eyes Closed

Harbor Hotel is a business that I would definitely recommend to everyone. First of all, the location of the hotel is very well positioned to the areas you want to visit in Sinop, allowing you to easily enter and exit day and night. The hotel feels like a family run business with relatively few rooms. Ms. Ayşe's friendly breakfasts, Mr. Selçuk's relevant recommendations regarding our travel plan, and Ms. Aybüke's hosting were wonderful. After we called to ask for advice before arriving at the hotel, they even turned on the air conditioners in our rooms as we shared that we would be arriving shortly. A very cool environment welcomed us :).
The rooms are spotless, the breakfasts are extremely diverse and they change the menu every day. Immediately after our stay, they replenish the slippers, shampoo, soap and napkins we need. An important detail for those who want to stay for a few days :).
Whether you go with your family, friends or even alone, this is a hotel where you will be extremely satisfied. I recommend it to everyone, have a nice holiday.

The Harbour hotel is in a great position. It is a very short walk to many great cafes and restaurants and the promenade along the waters edge. It is also very close to the castle and easy walking distance to the prison museum and archeological museum. The entrance is small and down a quiet side street so it can be hard to find. My taxi driver did not know where it was. Once you arrive the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no lift if that is an issue. Once you get up the stairs the rooms are light and a reasonable size. I had a pleasant room that was very clean and airy. My room was above a fish merchant and fish restaurant street but there were no bad smells at all. The lady in charge of breakfast takes great pride in producing the freshest and tastiest breakfast every morning for you. This was Sinop in summer time and there were plenty of tourists, so prices were high but overall I thought the Harbour hotel was very good.
