Wonderful hosts, great value.

Hat a great stay, the hosts are a charming couple who couldn't be more helpful to all guests, large variety of tea's and coffee's in rooms which are spacious, clean and comfortable, hairdryer, iron etc,are all available on request, breakfast is cooked to order and as much as you wish, nothing was too much trouble for Peter and Ann, a wonderful couple, a proper home from home B&B thoroughly recommend,

We hope to stay here again for a longer time so we can explore the area

We booked the garden room which is very spacious, has views over the lovely garden and a shower room. The bed is comfy a big plus for me. Bedding and towels clean and plentiful. Our hosts provide a kettle and mugs and fresh milk and there is a microwave etc all to make us feel at home. There are 2 comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy the views, read the paper, borrow one of their plentiful books or watch the TV. Peter and Anne made us very welcome and provided lots of information and a lovely home cooked breakfast with plenty of choice. They have free parking and free WiFi.

Lovely place!

My friend found this place online for me when I was visiting him in Tonbridge Wells, and I'm glad he did. It was a lovely place. I stayed in the en suite room. It was a spacious twin room. There were lots of interesting books in the room which I wish I'd had more time to browse through! The room was comfortable, and the shower was a nice, powerful one. Breakfast was good - you could pick exactly what you wanted from a menu list - and was eaten with a view of a lovely garden. The owners were adorable and me an one other guest had a good chat with them over breakfast.

A lovely surprise

Had to stay overnight for an evening performance from English Touring Opera in town. Having never met the owners before I felt I had know them for years when I left. Not only do they do everything themselves - fresh milk bottled in the fridge for each room. homemade marmalade at breakfast etc they are so welcoming it is no wonder this is remarked upon by many reviews here..
The breakfasts are individually cooked to order and the poached eggs I have this morning were done to perfection . I don't know if the croissants were home made but they were delicious as well.
You will need a car if going up to town for a show or meal as its a few miles from the town centre but there is parking in the front of the house for 2 or 3 cars. They have a houseful of professional Santa's staying soon up to Christmas. That will be interesting!

Lovely, friendly owners, comfortable rooms and delicious, generous breakfasts

The B&B is in Southborough, just to the north of Tunbridge Wells, but it's only 5 mins at the most by car. The hosts, Peter and Ann, are lovely. Very welcoming and great to chat to.
My room (a twin) was very well equipped and they even provided fresh milk for tea and coffee, kept in a fridge just outside the room. The breakfasts were phenomenal; masses of choice and the cooked option was delicious.
All in all great value. I'm very happy to recommend it and will definitely stay again.
