Not for high maintenance people (but who wants to be that jerk) but if you are a reasonable person with pets, stay here

If you are looking for a safe clean place with a comfortable bed that will accept your cats stay here!! And to those solo female travelers, owner stays on property and will do everything in his power to make you feel safe.

Excellent stay

We have stayed many times here. We love the pleasant atmosphere and friendly people. Staff is always remarkable. The beds are so soft and fluffy. Location is not far from any restaurant or store. Very convenient. Small town area and beautiful

Excellent Motel

The Royal Inn Motel, Albany Kentucky, is well maintained, clean, and very friendly staff. We stayed here for a visit with family. Conveniently located right next to McDonald's. Also, close to Dollar General and other nearby restaurants and stores.

Stephanie at the front desk was so Sweet & Nice that we stayed! She even showed us to our room & asked if we approved

The Wonderful Ladies at the front desk are Awesome and are what made our stay so Great. Yes the rooms are older, but they were clean. Stephanie at the front desk was sooo extremely nice and sweet!! I had called to see if there were any rooms and she was so nice & courteous. (We couldn’t find a room anywhere for many miles) When I went in to check in, 2 women were checking in and asking for recommendations for places to eat, etc. and Stephanie was so nice to them and answered all their questions with kindness!

I would stay here again.

I needed a place near my destination for sleep and rest. The Royal Inn was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The manager was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. There are stores within walking distance and a variety of restaurants nearby. Thank you Royal Inn.
