Needed the washer and dryer. Only the washer worked dryer was out of commission and the washer only took quarters and the front desk didn’t have any quarters. Other than that, everything was great.

We regularly travel to Brenham to attend the plays at Unity Theater, and prefer to get a room for the night rather than driving back late in the evening. The Coach Light Inn is our go-to hotel for these overnight trips. It is clean, quiet, well-maintained, and very reasonably priced. We have stayed here at least a dozen times, and have never had a complaint. The hotel is located along the 290 Business route, which gets very little traffic at night, so there is no highway noise to speak of. The rooms are clean, the shower has good water pressure, the TV is a nice size, the beds are comfortable, and the windows have the two-layer type of shades in frames that allow you to get the room nice and dark for sleeping.
Do be aware that this hotel is very basic, so don't expect a lot of extras. There is no pool, no workout room, no guest laundry facilities, no conference rooms, and the free breakfast is minimal. The building itself is the older "motel style" construction with the rooms opening directly to the outside rather than onto an inside corridor. The rooms do include a microwave and mini fridge, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer.
If you want a luxury experience with upscale amenities, keep looking. If, however, you just need a clean, quiet room to sleep at night, this is it.

Property is an older old fashioned motel, but quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but ok. Convenient to the town of Brenham.

very good for the price. really liked the Tesla chargers onsite and the self-service breakfast.
