Our new Cocoa retreat

This elegant inn has leapt into first place as our favorite bed and breakfast in Florida! The grounds are immaculately kept, and there are luxurious touches everywhere in the rooms and common areas for guests to enjoy. Hostess Bonnie Bell puts her heart and soul into her work, and we felt incredibly pampered with scrumptious meals and anything we needed for the room. A complimentary glass of champagne went down extra well after a long day at the beach. This is also a fabulous jumping off point for a quick walk to Cocoa shops and restaurants. We were in town for the Cocoa art festival, and hope to make this a yearly tradition. Cannot recommend this wonderful inn highly enough.

Hidden Gem Absolutely Worth The Visit!

The Parrish Grove Inn is a true hidden gem nestled in the charming town of Cocoa Village, Florida. This beautifully restored circa-1901 bed-and-breakfast has been meticulously renovated to pristine condition while thoughtfully preserving its original architecture and historic materials. Every detail reflects refined elegance and timeless beauty.
If you seek a serene, relaxing environment, this inn is an ideal choice. The charming manager, Bonnie, provides exceptional service—attending to every guest’s need with warmth and professionalism—while serving a delicious and healthy breakfast each morning.
I highly recommend the Parrish Grove Inn for a peaceful getaway or as a worthwhile stopover en route to other destinations. It is absolutely worth the visit!

Exquisite gem of charm, beauty and warmth

Our family of four (parents + son 21 and daughter 19) had the privilege to spend 3 nights at Parish Grove Inn, mid March.
We travel quite a bit and, alas, the last few years I lost the habit to write reviews even when we are truly impressed with a hotel or place.
Still, after these days in Cocoa Village I have to make an exception. This place is PERFECT! The wonderful, coherent decor, with delicate personal touches and details creates comfort and pure joy.
The place is run with this rare combination of warmth, elegance and efficiency by Bonny Belle.
We valued all interactions, from the smooth reservation (directly from their site), to the clear instructions and details given before arriving, to delicately solving a reservation conundrum of my own making, and to the truly special recommendations for exploring the area.
The breakfast was wonderful too! Diverse and healthy. The overall feeling was similar with the comfort and joy of visiting good old friends.
It was, for us, the perfect place to visit the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach, besides the charming Cocoa Village itself. With true personality and care.

All the Charm

Stayed in the Honey Bell room January 2-4 2020. Hope was a great host. She took very good care of our needs and gave wonderful dining recommendations in the Village. The setting was relaxing with a Victorian charm. We plan to come back soon.

Quirky but pleasant B&B

WE stayed here for three nights whilst over from the UK for a Florida wedding. Hope was very welcoming to us, despite a breakdown in the air conditioning which fortunately did not affect our room. This is not the kind of B&B business model we are used to in U.K. in that breakfast here is totally self service. But we were given the run of the house, including the kitchen to choose how to prepare what we wanted to eat. Our room was the Meyer room, which has a huge and very comfortable bed, but rather small bathroom. WE did not see our hostess again but did encounter other tenants in and around the house. The Parrish Inn is well written up elsewhere in terms of its fascinating history and is very close to the village centre for shops, restaurants, bars etc. And of course the river front.
