Summer Vacation!

We stayed in unit 216. Upon checking in, we discovered a rather significant issue with the cleaning. I left a voicemail at the number we had and fully expected to not hear anything until the next morning (due to some traffic, we got there about 3 hours later than intended, so fairly late in the night). To my surprise, I got a phone call within minutes. The issue was discussed and a solution agreed upon. The situation was rectified quickly, thoroughly, and the manager went beyond and above to make things right.
The condo is exactly as pictured. Everything was in working order, and though we didn't cook this week, the kitchen was well stocked with everything I think you could possibly need on a vacation. The furniture was comfortable. The views are phenomenal, and the pool and beach are literally just steps away. Everything was kept clean and tidy. And all of the people we encountered were very friendly (not sure if that was a Crescent Sandpiper thing, a St. Augustine thing, or what).
It is away from the busy-ness of the "city" but is still a short and easy drive to everything.
Loved it, would highly recommend it, and will stay here again should we have the chance.

It was a nice condo but it is dated. This was a great location to have a bonding party for our athletes. Hopefully, we will continue to have the future bonding parties for our team there. There is also a pool if you rather swim in one.

Perfect Vacation!

Recently returned from a vacation at Crescent Sandpiper. We are big fans of travel and have explored many places. We very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beach, fantastic location, cozy condo. We stayed in unit 109, all the amenities we needed were there. If you are looking for a relaxing, perfect vacation we highly recommended the Crescent Sandpiper.

Perfect Late Fall Vacation

Beachside condo complex (only 3 stories) with almost no one here but us!
We rented #109 w/another couple 2 bed/2 bath on the ground floor w/views of the pool and on into ocean -all w/in steps of our sm. Patio!
The unit is clean, comfortable-somewhat updated-but cute.
All you need is food & drink and you’re set!

Great Family Vacation Spot

4th Decade at the Sandpiper! Forty years ago only my immediate family came here to stay each summer. Now 3 generations in several related families, including in-laws, come here annually. We can't imagine summer without a week or two at the Sandpiper. The views are gorgeous, the grounds and pool well-maintained, and most of the rental condos are nice. Sadly, fewer and fewer units are for rent each year as owners are deciding to stop renting. We hope the day doesn't come anytime soon when there aren't enough condos available to hold all of us. It's a perfect way to take a family vacation.
