Amazing service

I love this hotel! They are amazing ive been staying here for a little while now and i absolutely love it. I work night shift and its always quiet here so when i get off its super easy to fall asleep! No interruptions id definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disappointing

Dirty floors and they felt as if you could go through the linoleum at any minute, holes in wall not patched or painted, handicap bar in shower loose, no where to hang clothes, no dresser or luggage rack. Hot water in sink on right instead of left and I was burned when I turned it on.
Many rooms seem to be rented to "permanent" residents.
At 6:00 pm no one at front desk to check you in. Had to call a phone number to get someone there. Employees courteous but the place is very lacking in appeal.

Will definitely be returning!!!

The three sisters who run the motel we're incredibly kind!!! They gave us an early check-in and offered us a late check-out at no charge (we were road weary from traveling) The room was brand new, the beds were extremely comfortable, the shower was hot with great pressure and the it was very very clean!! Part of the motel is still under renovation but don't let that discourage you!! Don't miss out on this little gem where you will be treated with true southern hospitality! They took such good care of us we can't wait to return!

Sweet and Convenient Hotel

This hotel was a great bargain! Staff was very friendly and personal, really giving it a 5 star feeling. The room was remodeled and very clean with a nice little coffee maker inside. Couldn't have asked for a better place for the price.

NOT FOR US...

We checked in but decided we could not stay at this joint...it's far from an "Inn and Suites." Upon arrival, I was given a document that I was required to sign. Never got one of these before. It must have had 40 bullet points listed. Some of which I can recall address: (a) not smoking in the room; (b) it was a drug free facility; (c) furniture could not be removed from the room...and many, many other "can or can't do's." I should have refused to sign but to be honest, I had to get in the room fast as I'd been on the road for several hours and, well, had to hit the head. Of course, there was NO restroom in the "lobby." So I signed it and walked to our room. I might add the motel (that's what it is) was located directly behind KFC, so if you like the aroma of grease wafting in the air, this place is for you. We entered the room and my wife immediately noticed that the door was dirty and the gap between the bottom of the door and the sill would allow any vermin or bug who wanted a cool night's sleep to join us. I noticed the bathroom. It was fine and was just what I needed at that moment. However, my asthma kicked in from what seemed like musty air and we decided then and there that we could not stay in this room. We went back to the office, told our receptionist that we would NOT BE STAYING and asked for a refund. I was advised the manager would have to make that decision, which was the answer I expected. Needless to say, I was billed for the room, and I'm OK with that. After all, I did use the john. Most expensive wiz I ever took! We found a much nicer hotel nearby at a cost very similar to this. My recommendation to anyone considering staying here...unless you are looking for an hourly rate hotel or a long-term stay (assuming you aren't a drug user or serial funiture mover)...there are other alternatives at a similar cost nearby. NOTE: The hotel ratings for "sleep quality" should have been N/A since we didn't acutally sleep there. However, my anticipated "sleep quality" was at "0" as I didn't expect to be able to sleep at all that night had we stayed.
