Just what we needed

The rooms were large. They were clean. It was close to wherever we wanted to go. We stayed here before and enjoyed our stay. We got rooms with other friends beside our room. We had other friends that stayed near us.

Does not take online reservations even though the systems list it.

We had been driving for ten hours and made a nonrefundable reservation for this hotel online. When we arrived, we were told that our reservation would not be honored, because the hotel does not honor online reservations. After further research, this hotel is listed on several online reservation systems.

Traumatized

Very disappointed by the customer service . I originally had a reservation at another place but had difficulties checking in due to arriving to town late, forcing me to come here for a late night stay. The room is outdated for sure, and a bit messy. Floor unvacumed, last guest items left in room, but amen I adjusted. The most disturbing aspect unfortunately was waking up to an assumed (owner), blatantly disrupting my morning prayer yelling and being aggressive because I had my emotional support puppy (chihuahua) with me . Not everyone has to be a believer but I do believe in respecting other people's religions and faith . As a female I did not like the aggressiveness of his speech and the way he tried to barge in the room . I just don't believe that's how you conduct business for a simple mistake because there was no fee or paperwork that said NO PETS. I luckily was not traveling alone because the way his voice was raised, and how my boundaries were disrespected was actually very scary for me .

Horrible

It's cheap and a place to lay your head down. The room we got was a non smoking room, but the sheets on the bed had cigarette burns in them,the staff wakes you up early to clean room. If you do not step out right then your room does not get cleaned. Stayed in a lot better place for the same price, I would not recommend staying here at all unless it's a last resort.

horrible

Refuses service to individuals withe service animals. They kicked a lady with a service dog out and put her on a no service list, stating that they could refuse service to people with service animals.
