The location is the best I could have chosen—close to the beach, Lincoln Road, and with easy access to the rest of Miami. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the property is always clean and very well maintained.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. It offers some of the best value you can find in the area.
I can’t say enough good things about Oscar, the manager, and the reception staff, especially Keisha. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference.
The rooms are equipped with a Roku TV, and towels and linens are provided. Housekeeping is consistent, and there was always soap and shampoo available.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami Beach, and I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine and will definitely be back! Check-in was quick and easy, and we felt safe throughout our entire visit, no matter what time we were out.
The room was spotless, which is a huge factor for us. We even loved the fresh, clean scent that greeted us when we arrived. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
The room was spacious, and we especially appreciated that the toilet was separate from the shower area, which made getting ready much more convenient. The location was also excellent—close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and the beach.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we look forward to returning.

I went to Miami for a vacation with friends and my stay here was great! The reps quickly responded to any questions I had through the Expedia app. In-person staff were friendly and respectful. I love the fact that there are no keys given so one doesn't have to worry about losing it - access to your room is just a code you enter. Check-out was super simple - all I had to do was leave the room. I can't speak to the check-in process as my friends checked in before me but I'm assuming it was a simple, smooth process. The hotel's location is also really nice and convenient - it's just a few minutes away from Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, and Nikki Beach. We also ended up walking to and from certain restaurants on our itinerary since they were so close to the hotel. My only complaint is that sometimes the storage closet where towels were located weren't always stocked up, so we'd be short of new ones for a while. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. Overall, I'd recommend anyone visting Miami Beach to stay here!!!!

Everything was perfect! Wonderful stay! The staff were absolutely amazing, the manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. I definitely recommend this place, and The Julia hotel by at Mine Hospitality as well both hotels manage by the same people. They are wonderful, I can’t wait to book with them again.
