This is not a luxury hotel, but the rooms were very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was free and good. We were staying one night after a concert at The Caverns (an amazing venue by the way!) and it was only about 15 minutes from the venue and a perfect spot to get to the show and get back on the road the next morning.

I was super excited for this hotel and the breakfast because if all the reviews. I was exceptionally disappointed and so was my 13yo son. The staff is extreme nice and accommodating. That was probably the best part of the experience. We got into our room at 11pm at night and as soon as we opened the door the smell of mold/mildew just hit. It was awful. Then we turned up the AC unit to make it colder and take some moisture out of the air and got in bed. The beds were slightly damp to touch because of the moisture and they went great. We tried to get on wifi but it said we were entering wrong info. Then in the morning ourr key cards didn't work and had to be reprogrammed. Breakfast was subpar. The eggs were okay and they had a waffle maker but fresh fruit and more options for beverages would have been nice. The 11am checkout is nice and again the staff was amazing but I absolutely will not stay here again.

The stay was not terrible. But the entire building felt damp. It just made everything feel
gross. The pool is on the smaller side, but worked well for us since we were just passing through. It did have a great breakfast.

The room smelled musty, and the curtains on the window didn't close all the way, so people could see me sleeping in the chair as they went in and out the side door.

Ashley at the front desk was exceptional. Our room smelled mildewy so she walked me to two other rooms to choose from and was prepared to go to more if needed. The breakfast was typical. Older property fairly well maintained. The tub needs attention. Ours had mold in the corners and rust streaks on the bottom. There was a pervasive smell of mildew and wet dog throughout the property. Housekeeping did the best they could with what they have. Management / property owners need to invest in improvements.
