The front desk staff was friendly, great location, and good breakfast buffet. The only issue was that the ice machine on our floor was not working.

Major issues with air conditioning going out in our room. Maintenance had to vacuum major stagnation and dirty water out of air conditioner within our room. Happened several times. There were 2 adults and 3 small children in the room. They did offer another room but would not help with our moving into another room late at night. We were only there 2 nights but not happy.

The hotel was nice but the room could have been cleaner. We kept finding other people hair in the bathroom and in the bed. They came once in 3 nights to make the beds and they just laid the blanket over the beds and didn’t actually fix the sheets or anything. Also we were had a half a roll of toilet paper at check in and i immediately went down and asked for another roll. That roll was almost gone and they never replaced it. We kept running out and having to ask for more. Even though they did come every day to give us new towels.

Not a Good surprise.

The room alloted to us was smaller than our normal Hiilton size or style.
The hotel telephone still does not work (4 days). Staff is ok, but not all nice. One or 2 were very nice. Breakfast was ok, but served on Styrofoam for hot food which adds microolastic to the food.
Housekeeping was fine. The mini coffee kitchen only offered paper cups with packet coffee and some tea. The refrigerator froze everything put into it. We were disapointed.

Given the layout of the room it would have been nice to have more than one TV. The water slide was fun! Hot tub was not available the entire time. I could feel the springs in the bed. Other than that the location was ideal for getting to Pigeon Forge attractions.
