The staff was lovely and helpful.
The facility was clean.
Wonderful that spa was included.
The only "negative" thing was that the refrigerator in the room was a little bit slow. But at the same time I am glad that there was a refrigerator at all!

During check-in, the receptionist (a middle-aged lady) was extremely unwilling to help. She did not even greet us, make eye contact, or acknowledge our presence while processing our check-in.
What made the situation even worse was that when I approached the reception desk to check in, two staff members continued talking to each other for about 3 to 4 minutes as if I was not even there. Only after I stated that I wanted to check in did they reluctantly assist me. Even then, they did not communicate in a friendly or welcoming manner.
Unfortunately, throughout our stay, the same unfriendly attitude and lack of enthusiasm continued. The staff consistently appeared unhappy, disinterested, and unwilling to engage with guests.
Even more concerning was an incident at around 8:00 a.m., when a housekeeping staff member opened our room door and entered while we were sleeping. Upon realizing that we were in the room, the staff member immediately closed the door and left. When I later asked about the incident, the explanation given was, "I was checking whether the room needed cleaning."
I do not recommend this hotel. There appears to be a serious lack of staff motivation, professionalism, and hospitality training. Stay away.

Really worth the money

Really worth the money for the location and the room/amenities. The room was top with good beds and a hugely modern bathroom. There was plenty of room for our suitcases and we didn't have to feel claustrophobic.
Location is also top, the light only next to the train station so you are in the city center in a minute.
Also the service was top, there was a bed with a broken leg with us, we had reported it to the reception and immediately got a new room.

Good hotel

Good location, right at the Vaihingen S-Bahn station and near Stuttgart Airport. My bed was very comfortable, good mattress. In the breakfast room you can also go for dinner in the evening, the restaurant is recommended, you don't even have to leave the hotel. The staff at the front desk, in the restaurant, and at the reception are very attentive. I enjoyed the stay.

Not Worth the Money - Poor Quality and Service

The Pullman's advertising does not match the actual quality and service that this hotel provides. During the hottest week in June, the air conditioning in the entire building stopped working. My 11th floor room reached over 100 degrees and there was no urgency or willingness to fix the air conditioning. I suffered for three days. The system was probably overloaded because of the extreme heat temperatures and demand from everyone maxing out their air conditioning. However, where is the planning or anticipation for unusual weather events? Where are the emergency repair services? Thank GOD, no one had a medical emergency due to the extreme heat in the building. The elevators break down often and the parking garage kiosks are often inoperable.
When you talk to management about the issues, they either tell you someone was called to fix it or they tell you the problem doesn't exist. A manager told me that I was not using the parking garage correctly while the kiosks were inoperable.
Some of the cleaning staff members are extremely lazy and do not thoroughly clean rooms properly. They leave surfaces dirty, bring you one towel, leave eaten food sitting out because they are instructed not to throw it away, forget to take trash out, forget to leave you water, forget to replenish the facial tissue, spill your personal products, and they half-way clean the shower, and sinks. This hotel is expensive and you do not get the value.
