We stayed for two nights on August 18 and 19. The check-in process was a bit different as we had to check in at another premises (The Eriksen) We stayed in room #5 on the main floor, the room was a good size with a queen bed, small t.v but a nice bathroom but with a stand up shower which featured plenty of room. The room also had a small deck on the water side but the chairs were made of metal and more for decor than sitting (not very comfoortable) so we did not spend much time out there. There was no breakfast included in this stay. The common area has a lot of nice seating for relaxing and also. in the dining area, it only featured a small microwave, no sink, and a small fridge (no where to get ice here either). There was coffee available for you to make along with tea and water if you so wish. The location was within walking distance of the two main dining options, The Twine Loft Dining (Only bar service on Wednesday’s) fine dining other days with 1 or 2 sittings. There was coffee Dock Marina restaurant was your other main option close by, For your value it seems to be priced a little on the high side for what you get.It was very clean neat and tidy, and for the most part was quiet and delightful. Also the website states there is a queen bed and twin bed, but there is only queen bed so be careful booking if you need two beds.

Average b&b with above average pricing

the home is nice though the bedrooms are basic and fairly small. The breakfast was ok but no choice and served restaurant style at Ericson Premises so not that friendly. Overall the stay was pleasant but given it was the most expensive of all b&bs we stayed in over 2 weeks, it was not great value. I guess staying in Trinity attracts premium pricing.

Small room, good location

I stayed at Kelly's Landing 1 night. The room we stayed in was #4 and it was very small for 2 people. Quite cramped for the price. You have to check in and out at a different building in town and breakfast is also served off site in that same building. Overall it was an okay stay and good location by the water and restaurants close by.

Vorsicht bei der Auswahl der Zimmer

Das Zimmer Nr. 4 ist maximal 12 qm groß und einfach eine Zumutung. Nach Reklamation wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es noch kleinere Zimmer gäbe und man uns keinen Ersatz anbieten könne. Wir sind trotz drei Tage Buchung nach einer Nacht ausgezogen, Über den Hotel-Vermittler wurde uns zunächst mitgeteilt, dass es sich um eine Verwechselung handelte. Später hat man uns vorgeworfen anfallende Bemerkungen gemacht zu haben und deshalb eine Kostenerstattung abgelehnt. Wir hatten lediglich angemerkt, dass wir ein anderes Verständnis von Customer Focus hätten.
