With this major project you should anticipate: • Varied noise levels between the hours of 7:00am and 6.00pm daily. Some noise levels may be loud or repetitive at times. • Work crews do not work on Sunday unless they experience weather delays. • Entrance point / lobby area is not affected. • There could be delays with the lifts at various times. • There may be limited access to the courtyard at various times. • There will be no access to 3rd and 4th floor in the building. • Carparking – we will have very limited carparking throughout the construction works and then at one point – no carparking due to the egress upgrade. • Please be respectful of “Construction Zones.” The owners and management of the Great Southern Hotel Brisbane appreciate your cooperation as we upgrade the property for your future enjoyment.
