Exceptional Service and a Truly Memorable Stay!
I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Corinthia Hotel Astoria in Brussels, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish.
The service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were beautifully appointed, immaculately clean and provided a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. The food was delicious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless and well-equipped.
A special thank you to Charmaine Shumirai Mupara, whose warmth and attentiveness made my stay truly memorable. All staff were outstanding and ensured every detail was taken care of.
The standard of service and hospitality was exceptional. I would not hesitate to return and would wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone seeking a luxury stay in Brussels.

Couples Break
Very friendly staff, fantastic room with a very comfortable bed. We arrived late but had a great dinner at 10pm next to the lobby - delicious food and good drinks. Breakfast is decent, service could have been a tad better. But overall an amzing experience.

The food was just bad
We only had lunch in the restaurant, but the food was terrible, really terrible. We ordered the falafel with yogurt, but we got it with guacamole. It was a bad combo, and when we sent it back, they brought us the yogurt dip as if it was all of a sudden possible. The cannelloni was heavy on the salt, and the veal wasn’t great either. We asked for a big bottle, got a medium one, and when we asked if there was a bigger one, the guy told us we hadn’t asked before. When we went out, the food's flavor lingered for a long time because of the salt. Just terrible.

As a luxury travel advisor, I'm fortunate to experience some remarkable hotels around the world. The Corinthia Grand Hotel Brussels has raised the bar.
The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely knowledgeable—from the front desk to the restaurant team. The designers have done a wonderful job blending the building's historic character with modern comfort and luxury. And the spa is simply outstanding—among the best hotel spas I've experienced in Europe. A truly memorable stay. Only a short walk away from the center---much better than tourist throngs right outside your door.
The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely knowledgeable—from the front desk to the restaurant team. The designers have done a wonderful job blending the building's historic character with modern comfort and luxury. And the spa is simply outstanding—among the best hotel spas I've experienced in Europe. A truly memorable stay.
