a good choice

The b & b is located 10 minutes from the center of Perugia and is definitely a great choice especially in busy periods such as Umbria Jazz. The room was comfortable with tv and air conditioner and a very clean bathroom. The only small drawback is the patterned bedspreads with a very antiquated style. Very good breakfast with fresh croissants, fruit and cappuccino. Definitely attentive service with a very friendly and helpful owner. The private indoor parking is a plus not to be underestimated.

Super recommended for those who need to visit the surrounding areas

Laura is an excellent hostess, friendly and kind, she made us feel at ease as if we had been friends for a long time!
In the common room there are coffee and biscuits available to guests, as well as fresh water in the fridge.
Nb. Excellent croissants for breakfast even if not included!
The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom in particular is gorgeous!
Excellent value for money!
We recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Perugia or passing through other destinations.
By crossing the underpass, you can easily reach the bus which takes you to the center of Perugia for just two euros each way.
