Un soggiorno breve ma intenso

Siamo stati in questa struttura e ne siamo rimasti particolarmente soddisfatti. La posizione è centralissima, ed è possibile visitare la città in tutta comodità.
La stanza era sufficientemente ampia, dotata di un angolo cottura decisamente utile per soggiorni più lunghi.
Di sicuro, dovessi tornare a Perugia, cercherò innanzitutto la disponibilità di questa struttura.

Urinal

I had rented a Studio in what turned out to be Residenza Baldesca for the month of September. I was attending a course at the University for Foreigners at Perugia and my classes were at Palazzo Gallenga, hence the Studio was indeed conveniently located. The Studio is centrally located and just a two minute walk from the main square. However, this was also the drawback, there were people screaming on the street till all hours, every night, I ultimately bought earplugs and even these were often ineffective in the face of loud drunken revelry. The second, and most disgusting thing about the location was, the street and indeed the very walls of the apartment building being used as a urinal by passersby during the night, this meant coming home to a street wet with urine and often to find someone peeing next to the main door. I spoke to the caretaker about this and the response was 'what can we do'? Yes caretaker, because this is not an Airbnb in the sense I expect one to be, but, a huge business where the owners own this building of some 15 apartments and many others, the one time I met Mr. Ernesto he did not even ask me, if I was comfortable, even though I speak fluent Italian. For the amount of money I paid, coming home to an open urinal......Even otherwise, there was no care for detail or convenience of the lodger in the apartment, small things like a peg to hang the hand towel next to the bathroom sink or a kitchen towel next to kitchen sink missing, no personal touch or care shown. I requested for an electric kettle, I was given it, but with a broken lid and with a plug that only fit in the plug point on the floor. I asked for a fan and had to give much explanation as to why I need it, whereas there were at least 20 fans laying in the attic. The garbage on the ground floor stinks so badly that one often had to cover one's nose in the atrium. Deeply disappointed.

Senza parole !

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura per 3 notti durante le quali abbiamo vissuto un inferno dantesco poiché l' aria condizionata è regolata dalle 10 alle 22 e quindi durante la notte eravamo costretti ad aprire le finestre. Fino alle quattro del mattino ahimè ragazzi ubriachi che sosta vano giù o percorrevano le scale ululando e bussando a tutte le porte. . compresa la nostra!!!!!!! La doccia non la puoi fare alle 5 del mattino perché l' acqua è gelida ..... se si pensa che il prezzo iniziale di 150 euro è lievitato a 171 per tasse varie direi proprio che è una vergogna ..... inoltre sdraiati dopo 10 minuti sul letto abbiamo avvertito prurito .....Quindi spray antiacaro .....niente ricevuta di pagamento .... .non lo consiglio ......è stata una esperienza deludente ..... anni fa son stata a Perugia in una struttura in via Pellini pet la quale non ho trovato quest' anno disponibilità ......
