Great location on the seafront. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden between the Burger King and the Riva bar. At the bar they gave the code to open the door. There was nobody at recyso I did the check in with the cleaning lady. The room was huge with a balcony. Bed was very comfy and so was the sofa.

Definitely NOT as advertised and I would not recommend it

The room and bathroom are spacious and clean.
The terrace is above Burger King overlooking a corrugated metal roof and a car park.
The bed is very hard and the pillows lumpy. There is a kettle in the room with 2 cups but coffee or tea? ‘ no we don’t supply, you can buy in the shop’ is the answer we got. There is a mini fridge that holds small bottles of water, again not supplied by the hotel, also buy it yourself.
Included breakfast…… your choice is omelette or Riva breakfast. First morning, I ordered on the menu ‘protein breakfast’ and was told afterwards it was not included and had to pay separately.
Hotel parking if you have a rental…. Be advised, it will cost you €15 per day and one of the reception girls has to be called to open the barrier for you every time you come and go.

The hotel is well situated.. rooms need sorting out.. wardrobe is unfinished inside and little hanging space.. seems unfinished. Rooms are a good size and clean and bathroom adequate although we flooded the bathroom when we had a shower.. drainage needs sorting. All that said we would stay again as it was a good price and so well situated.

So when we arrived there was no actual parking near the hotel despite it being listed as an amenity, you have to just park in the public car park if you can find space which is down the road a way and very expensive. The hotel is barely that to be honest, there was a small reception but no receptionist and we were eventually given the keys to our room by a cleaner. The actual room was still under construction with plug sockets and light fittings missing. We booked one of the bigger rooms with a sink and hob but there were no actual cooking utensils etc and the extractor fan hadn't been fitted so was just loose with all the wiring exposed. The breakfast is in a separate restaurant where we were given a dirty laminated card to select from and everyone in the restaurant smoked heavily until we eventually gave up and just paid for breakfast elsewhere. Very different to the description and I would not recommend staying here. The beach pictured is a 20 minute walk from the hotel, just fyi.
