Great boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town! Tiho and his staff were fantastic! Great breakfast too!

AC was not functioning and staff could not address it.
Hotel is adjacent to an outdoor disco that plays loud music until around 1 am. bring ear plugs.

Would not recommend
The hotel's location is one of its few positive points, but unfortunately me and my wife’s overall experience was very disappointing. If a good night's sleep is important to you, I would never recommend staying here at all….Noise from the street was very loud throughout the night, and the housekeeping staff were extremely rude, and loud every single morning which is crazy. We stayed in Room 6, which is directly next to the cleaners' storage area. At around 6:50 a.m every morning , staff were talking loudly outside the room, making it impossible to continue sleeping…cleaners are of a African descent so they think that shouting to one another between the floors of the hotel is acceptable which shows you the level of training they had….my wife opened the door at 6.58am to told them to be quiet yet they continued talking loudly. In my opinion all the cleaners need to be sacked and replaced with educated people. The breakfast offering was very basic. There was only one automatic coffee machine available, resulting in guests having to wait in line during busy periods. Overall, I would rate this hotel closer to a 3-star.

Well located in the old town, a good sized room and very clean.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay.
However due to the design of the room there was little room either side of the bed and there were only 2 formal chairs which meant it wasn't a comfortable room.
The breakfast area was located outside on the terrace which was nice but it was a small area which made it difficult to get around the tables. The breakfast was ok but not too much choice, the coffee machine needs updating it took forever to get a couple of coffees and needs a toaster or the sandwich machine updating.
Enjoyed our stay but could have been much better with a few improvements.

Great location
The hotel is well located in the old town and the staff were really friendly and helpful during our visit. Our room was very spacious and clean.
However, the room (no.6) was not really comfortable, the design was poor, it had a small shower room and little space either side of the bed (despite a large lounge area) with no comfortable seating, 2 old fashioned chairs which were in keeping with the room but not practical.
The breakfast area was on an outside terrace which was nice but it was small and difficult to be seated comfortably. The breakfast itself was ok but limited, the coffee machine needs replacing takes forever and no toaster just an old sandwich machine which also needs upgrading.
All in all, loved Kotor and enjoyed our stay.
