Great experience, I recommend (a must if you have a vehicle!)

After a great welcome with Paolina (whom we send our regards to), we had a very good stay in this large and beautiful house that has parking spaces in the secure closed courtyard (camera) facing the front door!
The superior rooms are more spacious, without carpet, with a bathtub.
The basic rooms are smaller with carpet and a shower.
Kettle, toiletries, safe, fridge, TV, small bottles of water.
The breakfast is very good.
Excellent location (while being quiet) between the central square 15 minutes on foot and the Jewish quarter 10 minutes. Small grocery store at the corner of the street very convenient for water....
In summary, I highly recommend this place,... a must if you are coming by car! Parking to be reserved at €19 per night in 2026.

Rooms vey dated glass shower enclosure quite dangerous dangerous

The location is fantastic continental breakfast really good.
From here 5 min to the Jewish quarters and other way same to the main square. The rooms aren't comfortable there was a large glass shower enclosure in the room curtains for privacy. The room looks messy apologies we were packing to return home. Not once but several times walked into the glass door bruising my forehead. My husband the same. No notice in warning you. Reception wasn't really interested when I showed her the bruising. I suggested a sign on door as a warning just shrugged her shoulders. I was told some rooms are slightly different but otherwise glass The whole room was glass furniture. The headboard as you can see was really soiled. I put a clean towel over it. Apart from requesting clean towels daily the room wasn't serviced.
Location was perfect breakfast room quite pleasant the lady checking you in lovely.

Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet street which was good for sleeping. Close to the old town and Kazimierz. Highly recommend for the price.

Superb hotel in quite central location

Just left this superb little hotel after three nights. The location is perfect as it’s central to everwhere. Rooms was spotless, beds comfortable and clean towels, toiletries etc. if i was to come back to this beautiful city in the future then i would definitely look to stay here. Staff were very helpful from the beginning to the end, perfect place

Nice & cosy

Booked for hubby's 60th birthday & wedding anniversary, check in was quick, we was allocated room 2.8 . Room was clean, there was balloons & happy birthday laminated card on the bed . Room was small , but its a base for quick shower, chill for a hour before going out for night time .comfy bed, shower was amazing. Only downfall not enough coat hangers we had breakfast was ok , it filled you up for a few hours pigs in blankets, was nice , chocolate mousse cake was beautiful only had it 1st day other days it was carrot cake 1st night we walked to square it took 25 mins turning right at planty park , only by chance we got lost & found quick way to square 5 mins , turn right out of hotel cross road kid's park on right hand side turn left pass pod wawelen on left then turn right wawel castle is on your left walk straight & you come to the square oyster bar/processo bar / senaki hotel on left , churches on the right just keep walking, try & remember what's on the corner of the street friendly helpful staff
