Beautiful hotel centrally situated highly recommend

Booked this as part of a BA city break. Small boutique hotel, beautiful decor and wonderful staff - Alexandra on reception could not have been more helpful. Large comfortable rooms with AC and Mini bar and very centrally situated. 8 minutes walk from the main market square and 3 minutes walk from Kazimierz. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful visit

Pleasant stay with a good nights sleep

Stayed for 1 night .Booked hotel through British airways holidays .Hotel exterior was lovely and clean and welcoming .We had an upgraded room which was a nice surprise .Room was very clean , with a comfortable bed and powerful shower.The room also had sky light widows with a pole needed to shut the blinds plus 2of the smallest window and blinds i have ever seen .The complementary breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice cooked fresh for you .All the staff were very pleasant .If you want to stay in the jewish quater of krakow pick this hotel

Nice hotel - with a very good location in the Jewish Qarter. This is where you want to stay when visiting Krakow as a tourist.
We upgraded the room to have a bathtub - don’t do this!!
Still believed there would be a shower, but there isn’t, so all baths is in the tub, which is only fun the first time.
Breakfast was lacking in selection to our taste . You can order 1 thing from the menu - which was served directly from the kitchen. This is ok.
But there is basically nothing eatable in the buffet. No bread, no toppings like cheese and meat.. etc.
The on-site bar only serves alcoholfree beers for some reason. Luckily many other places outside the hotel.
Staff is nice and friendly.

Great staff, Good hotel

An absolutely wonderful hotel. Centrally located in the Kazimierz district. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. 4.5!

Excellent hotel for the price.

This was our first visit to Krakow. My husband and I were just staying for 3 nights at this Hotel. The receptionist Alexandria was very helpful and patient with us as we had many questions. We had a marvellous room on the ground floor which also lead out to the garden. The room was very well decorated with nice looking furniture and fittings lovely drench shower. Reception can book excursions and taxis. The hotel is well positioned for a short walk to the old town and river. Will definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return.
