There is a small terrace for smoking behind without going out on the street.
Small practical communal kitchenette.
Really nice for the mit season, but not in winter .. the room is cold, the bathroom clean but no heating, and small hot water balloon, when there are more people hot water ... it is a shame because otherwise it is top, well located, train station, downtown, tram, scooters nearby parking right in front.

Terrible - do not stay here
The two guys on reception were very rude, wrong room was allocated to us and absolutely refused to do anything about it (we should have had a private bathroom and booking website also said towels and rooms had a TV were provided but they aren't)
The 'clean' bedsheets has stains on the them, absolutely no sound proofing and could hear the conversations from the room next door which kept us awake. Only one shower and toilet for about half dozen room's. Shower head is broken so doesn't attach to the wall so makes it awkward to shower - the hot water tap on the shower also gets VERY VERY hot and badly burned my hand
Location is good - 10 mins walk to the square and afew decent restaurants close by
Would not recommend or stay again
